Tescan integrates Halcyonics technology into SEMs
Halcyonics and Tescan developed an active vibration isolation solution for Tescan's SEMs in a close cooperation. The new Halcyonics solution now reduces the influence of vibration and shocks to SEM images to a lowest minimum.
